Press Kit

If you’re looking to support National Adopt Rescued Guinea Pigs Month, you’ve come to the right place. We have a variety of resources you and your rescue or shelter can use to educate the community of guinea pigs in need of adoption.

THE CAMPAIGN
The month of March will celebrate National Adopt Rescued Guinea Pigs Month. Continuing education throughout the year will inform the community of homeless guinea pigs in need of forever homes.

THE MISSION

  • To educate the population on the many guinea pigs in shelters waiting for homes.
  • To introduce new piggy parents on the proper care of guinea pigs and why they make wonderful pets.
  • To find forever homes for the many homeless guinea pigs in rescues and shelters.
  • To promote campaigns that generate better welfare for guinea pigs year round.

ADOPTION CAMPAIGN LOGOS
With three happy guinea pigs and the URL to the central campaign site, the National Adopt Rescued Guinea Pigs Month “sticker” is a great addition to any guinea pig rescue website, forum, blog, or wherever guinea pig enthusiasts gather. Show your support with the emblazoned seal in gold. If you have a print product that requires xeroxing or faxing, use the simple black and white for clean production. These PNG files have transparent backgrounds.

To add the logo directly to your website or blog, copy the code below and add to the body section of your HTML page.

SUBMIT ADOPTION STORIES
For the month of March, we’ll be adding adoption stories and guinea pigs in need of adoption to our main image slider along with a link to their rescue. This is to showcase all the great guinea pig rescues and volunteers everywhere. If you’re a shelter or rescue and would like to be represented on our site, please write to info@guineapigtoday.com for more information. We’d love to have you.
